Discover the top  products that are performing well in your webshop, ranked by revenue or items sold. You can even apply a filter on new or returning customers.

Gain insights into your top-performing marketing channels based on your selected attribution model. This summary adapts every time you change the attribution model, offering you two customizable KPIs.

Reactive Trend Chart

Dive into daily, weekly, and monthly trends of your most critical KPIs. Click on any channel to see the trend chart instantly adapt to the KPIs you've selected. Customization is at your fingertips, allowing you to fine-tune your view.

Why is the revenue per period different in Kickbite compared to my CSM?

Ensure you're comparing identical values. Our Dashboard displays Revenue ex VAT, including returns. If the numbers still don't align, the issue may stem from different order statuses. Verify this with your CSM and reach out to us with a request. We'll compare the order statuses displayed on the dashboard with your data.

Why does our CSM show a different number of new orders compared to Kickbite?

Check the basis for identifying new customers. Kickbite uses email addresses, while other systems may rely on delivery addresses. If you're comparing on the same basis and discrepancies persist, contact us, and we'll investigate further.

What is the source of data on the dashboard?

Our General Overview derives data directly from your backend system for revenue and costs via API connections with marketing platforms. Channel-specific pages and other data reflect information collected by our tracking system.

How do I change/update the revenue and other targets on the dashboard?
